This inventory exercise will
allow you to see what areas in your life are the most and least
fulfilling, and how to make the needed changes so that you can enjoy
overall fulfillment. After taking this inventory, you will then give
yourself a rating or an evaluation for each of these areas. More
importantly you will begin to identify specific action steps that
are needed to move forward. You will see and feel immediate results

I answer the proverbial question,
'Why can't I be consistent toward my goals?' A very detailed
explanation is given so that you can learn how to solve the problem.
We must not only identify the
areas that need improvement, but must also follow through on what it
takes to attain our desired results. I believe that one of the key
stumbling blocks that hinder our success is that we often have a
very negative association to words and actions – such as the word
discipline. This association is often developed when we are young.
As we get older we realize that
we must be disciplined in order to get results but we often seem to
fight the idea because we hold negative memories to the word
discipline. This can come from being taught in our early years that
discipline means pain or punishment. That association must change as
we get older. Since discipline takes on a whole new meaning as we
mature, the negative association must change. If it doesn't change
you will often feel like you are pushing a parked car when it comes
to working towards your goals. The faster you know how to change it,
the faster you get results.
Additionally, I share my five
step process on changing negative associations to positive
associations. You will learn this very powerful process that will
teach you how to control your own associations which puts you in
total control of your destiny. Change can happen instantly once you
master this process.

negative associations towards making money and success. As you
listen in you will begin to identify some of your own negative
associations that are slowing you down financially or changing the
way you view success. If you change the association to how you view
success you'll empower yourself to take immediate action towards

Through this real-life
demonstration you are going to learn firsthand the step by step
process necessary to change any negative association. You'll hear
segments that occurred over the course of several days and see how
the five-step process incurs self-discovery as our client discovers
new ways to make positive changes.
The greatest part about hearing
this consultation is that it invokes “ah ha” moments for the
listener as well! You may or may not relate to our client's specific

One of the goals in this session
is to learn how to do this without enduring a constant struggle,
especially when things don't go they way you expect them to.
If you don't have this skill
mastered you will allow feelings of discouragement, depression, and
even feelings of worthlessness ruin you and your family's dreams.
So how valuable would it be to
learn… and be able to implement the necessary tools to keep that
'New Year's feeling' alive all year long? That would be huge.
This is what I will be sharing
with you and focusing on in this session. You will learn to tap into
the science of keeping your drive and motivation alive in such a way
that you will continuously take action toward your goals!
Too often we may leave our
motivation up to outside sources, hoping someone will make us feel
excited or encouraged to keep moving forward. One of the first
things that I will discuss with you in this session is that we can't
leave our ability to stay motivated up to external circumstances.
In other words, you have to learn
how to master your motivation internally. When that happens, you
then see it externally, through your ability to take action. For
example, if we feel a little discouraged or bummed out about
something, we usually act that way. Is this feeling usually rewarded
by taking action? Of course, not!
Now we know we need to take
action… but because of these negative feelings, what often happens
at this point? If we are not careful we'll stop taking action.
Unfortunately, most people continue on this path until something,
that they perceive as 'good'… gets them all pumped up or motivated
again. This method will not keep you motivated through good times
and bad.
I am going to share with you two
main principles that cause you to become motivated. Once you master
this, you will see how you can tap into your ability to maintain an
incredible amount of consistency toward your goals.
Lastly in this session I will
share with you how your diet can actually change your thought
process and moods which in turn cause you to lose momentum toward
your goals. Then I will offer the solutions so that you can master
this temptation.

question and answer session. The first participant shares that she

but soon finds herself falling back into a comfort zone. This is a challenge
that everyone can relate with. It's a recipe for failure!
You'll hear how I give her specific tools
that will work for her and you as well. I teach her how to solve this challenge
through proper thought identification. Unfortunately you'll find there are times
when you can identify the limited thought that's causing you to lose your
motivation, but you still can't get motivated; now what? I'll walk you through
specifically what do when this happens.
I'll share with you the most difficult task
to perform that is only for those who want to master their thinking. Can you do
it?
In my second interview on this CD I'll share
with you how to manage emotional pain. It's often emotional pain that causes us
to slow down or quit. Managing this pain effectively causes you to maintain your
consistency which makes attaining your goals easier.
