Just the thought of having financial freedom sounds
refreshing, doesn’t it? In order to obtain this freedom
many turn to a career in sales or owning a business. If you
are in either of these categories or are considering these
options, this program is a must for you!
I started my first business at eleven years of age and my
second business at age fifteen. Being in sales and in
business, especially at such an early age, has its own set
of challenges. You must learn how to determine the amount of
risk that is appropriate, how to market your product and
service, and how to evaluate your progress.
I
personally have found that the biggest challenge in
business and sales is the risk of tremendous amounts of
money that can be lost. It can be scary to say the
least. I set out to try to minimize these losses and
risks, but knew the learning curve could be very costly.
If I could minimize the learning curve and make it as
painless as possible, I would be ahead of the financial
game. What’s the best way to do this? Learn from a
mentor.
As a
teenager, I had the opportunity to learn from two
millionaires and later a billionaire, and boy did I
learn. Their thinking has molded my life to this very
day. They shaved years off of my learning curve and now
can do the same for you.
When you
shave years off your learning curve it makes your
journey much easier. Your risks become more calculated,
ideas don’t to take as long to materialize and you have
a strong sense of what direction you need to go.
You will
hear everyone from the millionaire mentor I had as a
teenager to my billionaire mentor. This program will
expand your thinking as you learn how millionaires and
billionaires think. You will also learn how to implement
their ideas in order to improve your own financial
situation.
CD 1
I start off by sharing with you a bit about how I started
my first business. I also share with you one of the
biggest motivating factors that got me started in business.
One
question I will pose to you - are you controlling your
own destiny or is someone controlling it for you? I
offer ways to control your time and manage risks. One of
the main staples in being successful is learning to take
and manage risks. This segment will make your
risk-taking decisions much easier.
Successful
people have many similar qualities. I will share you an
important ingredient to success that costs nothing and
can open huge doors of opportunity – yet many people can
not seem to grasp the concept and in turn lose. Learn
how to master this key ingredient! Successful people
know the two reasons most people do not live within
their means and how disastrous this can be to your
financial future. I will share those tools with you and
you’ll see how important they are to your success.
You’ve no
doubt heard the term O.P.M., meaning Other People’s
Money. It goes without saying that most people who start
a business need some kind of capital. I will share with
you the simplest way to not only ask for money but how
to get others to lend it to you. I’ve used this strategy
for years.
I’ll wrap
up this session with one major skill that all of my
mentors mastered to become millionaires and, more
importantly, how it will work for you.
CD 2
Too often many people work for years trying to become
successful but are eventually forced in to bankruptcy. I
am going to share with you this mistake. Are you creating
some of these negative patterns right now? If you are it
could ruin your financial future.
You must
reduce your risk of fraud and protect your cash and
other assets in your business from being stolen. I am
going to share with you some ways to do create this
protection.
While
having great products and services are one thing,
selling them is another. I am going to go over in great
detail at least three ways to dramatically increase your
sales. If you could use a boost in income you will want
to pay close attention.
A huge
expense in running a business can be the investment of
advertising dollars. Imagine if you got thousands of
dollars of free advertising and what it could do for
your sales! NBC alone has spent over one million dollars
on the production of my TV programs. Best of all, it
costs me nothing and my sales have gone through the
roof. I’ll discuss how you can take advantage of these
opportunities regardless of what product or service you
offer.
You’ll
find that it costs a lot more to gain a new customer
than to keep the ones you already have. So it only makes
sense to create ways to create customer loyalty.
Everyone likes a free gift, don’t you? Imagine what
would happen to your customer loyalty if you offered
them free gifts – expensive ones too! It would mean more
income over the lifetime of your customer. Best of all,
this can cost you nothing. That’s right, nothing!
Fortune 500 companies know this trick and you should
too.
CD 3
I offer more details in this session on increasing your
sales and growing your business. No matter how small or
large your business is you’ve got to understand how to
analyze your sales. I’ll show you how this is done, how it
works and what a huge difference it makes in your success.
Next, I am
going to share with you a very counterintuitive idea.
You’ve heard all of your life that the customer is
always right. NOT! I totally disagree. I mean I couldn’t
disagree more. My explanation of this concept will blow
you away. Changing your thinking in this area will keep
your customers coming back for more.
Customer
communication is very important. That’s a given. But
there are times that you should never have your
customers calling you. Buy into this concept and you
will have customers for life.
It’s vital
for you to obtain honest feedback from your customers,
but this can present a problem. Have you ever asked a
customer for their honest feedback or opinion, but
instead they tell you what they think you want to hear?
This is not a good thing. I offer you one simple idea
that will get honest useful feedback every time you ask
for it.
There are
many more nuggets of wealth in this session. I will
share with you what my mentors taught me about
competition, the thought process that’s a death sentence
and why customers are more important than policies. You
will also learn how to paint the big picture as a
visionary and how irrational optimism can ruin your
success.
CD 4
Unfortunately, due to poor business ethics by businesses
and sales people, consumers have become less trusting. I
will go over why we lose business and why customers don’t
come back. You can’t afford this to happen. There are two
mistakes that most small businesses or salespeople will do
when it comes to customer compliments, often fed by pride
and ego. The solution is very counterintuitive, but if you
don’t get it right the first time you can run things into
the ground overnight. If you don’t master this concept it
will cost you big money and your reputation.

Years ago
I had the good fortune to meet Sam Walton, founder of
Wal-Mart. I share with you some of his foundations of
success that he applied while building his empire.
They’ll work for you as well.
I am going
to openly admit some of the mistakes I made when I first
started my business. These are mistakes that you don’t
want to make. Learn from me and it will save you
thousands.
No matter
what your product or service is I am sure you’ll agree
that honesty is still the best policy. I share some
points on this. When you have customers you will also
have to deal with the many situations that can arise.
The more customers you have the more situations you will
have. I am going to share with you some powerful
techniques on understanding your customer so that you
can diffuse and prevent problems.
CD 5
It’s interview time! In this session I will introduce to
you the millionaire mentor that I had when I was 16
years old. One thing you get immediately from listening to
Manu Mahtani is that he knows his stuff when it comes to
investing money wisely and how to make money work for you no
matter how little or how much of it you have.
I pride
myself in trying to give you as much value to my
programs as possible. I have found one of the best ways
to do this is to include other people like you in my
programs whenever I can. So I invited a few select
people from around the world to ask specific questions
to Manu. I can promise you there are questions answered
that you have as well. His answers will both intrigue
and motivate you.
It takes
lots of self-motivation to be successful. Manu will
share with you the major ingredient that he uses to this
day that motivated him to make millions. Can you use it
to work for you?
Manu then
starts getting into simple easy to understand ways to
invest money. You can implement these money making
methods right away regardless of your present income
level. Manu will also share his wisdom on the concept of
being penny-wise and pound-foolish, and how this
knowledge can affect your financial future.
Manu was
brought up making money with old school thinking and
soon realized that it no longer works. Many people are
still under this influence. He will show you the
difference in this thinking and share additional methods
of investing your money.
You might
have heard the thought that knowledge is power. You’ll
find out why that may not necessarily be true and how
this affects your bottom line.
There is
no question that mental attitude separates the rich from
the poor. You identify through this interview how to
determine which attitude you have and how this will
ultimately seal your financial future.
Success
seems to have many advantages but there is a price to
pay. Manu and I discuss the costs of success. What price
are you willing to pay? The ultimate rich have their
problems as well. Manu candidly shares with you how to
handle the problems of being rich. If you don’t prepare
yourself for success you may be disappointed.
I believe
many people fail to succeed because of what they have
been taught or not taught by their parents. It is vital
that we teach our kids how to manage and invest money at
the youngest of ages. Today, college students and even
high school students are in debt thousands of dollars. I
get Manu to share with you how and what he taught his
children to understand the basics of success and why
they will all be millionaires by the age of thirty.
CD 6
The more mistakes you make the more it’s going to cost
you. In contrast, the less mistakes you make the less it
costs you. Manu talks about the mistakes he made along the
way toward his success so you won’t have to make the same
ones.
Achieving
financial success has its challenges. Manu gives insight
on how to stay happy while on your journey and more
importantly how to feel fulfilled. Having money and not
enjoying the journey allows for an unhappy and
unfulfilled life.
As you
listen to Manu and other successful people you will find
there is one huge common denominator to all of their
successes. If this ingredient is missing you can’t
succeed. Do you have it?
I think
you will agree with me that success is fun and easy when
things are going your way. But what do you do when
things don’t? It’s easy to want to quit.
Manu will
share with you strategies that keep you going forward
when times are tough. Manu will share with you why
having a support team is important to your mental
success and why you must continue to invest in yourself.
Learn the importance of writing your goals down and
knowing what they are - take the baby steps to get to
the big ones! What does it mean to ‘never by denied’?
Learn about pre-plunge butterflies - how they help and
how they hurt. What to do when your enthusiasm is down
or low.
Manu wraps
up with his view about successful people and luck. Are
they really ‘lucky’?
CD 7
A number of years ago I had the opportunity to meet Ron
Rice at a celebrity invitational. As you might know, Ron
was the founder of the famed Hawaiian Tropic. You’ll here
his most unique story from how he started to build his
empire in his garage with an aluminum trash can to where his
business is now with revenues of 200 million dollars a year.
I hope you
would agree with me that to be successful at anything in
life we are going to have hard times. Ron shares some
great ideas on how to view the hard times. You can’t get
away from them so why not look for a better way to cope
with them.
I get Ron
to share with you how the hard times helped him design a
better business and the strategies he implemented to get
to the top. His comments will help you put some of your
challenges in perspective - which makes a huge
difference in your attitude during those challenging
times.
Ron shares
the two key secret ingredients that he looks for when
hiring people to join his team. I personally have never
forgotten them and I will always apply his wisdom on
this matter. It works like a charm!
Have you
ever had a point in your life where you didn’t have any
money? Okay, that was a dumb question. While this seems
like a negative factor, Ron will explain why being broke
at the beginning was a blessing.
One of the
first things that struck me when I met Ron was how down
to Earth he is. You’ll notice that comes across in this
interview as he candidly talks about his weaknesses and
his strengths and how he has used them to achieve
success. Listen closely to his advice and you will be
able to do the same. You’ll also be impressed by Ron’s
business ethics and learn how they have helped mold his
success.
CD 8
As you already know, one of my goals is to build as much
value as possible in my programs. Just listening to
Ron’s story and how he got to where he is now is very
inspirational.
I want to
ensure you remember the key points Ron and I discuss so
that you will gain increased results in your personal
and professional life. To do that I go over each idea
and tool he offered during our entire interview. This is
where I take his concepts and offer you many ways on how
you can apply his knowledge to getting greater results.
In other
words, I actually read between the lines and give you
additional insight on how you can apply the wealth of
knowledge that Millionaire Mentor Ron Rice openly
shares.
CD 9
Okay, get ready to meet one of my most unique Millionaire
Mentors. His name is Bernie Little Sr. I’ve known Bernie
since I was about sixteen years old. One of the many things
he did was buy and sell jets. One of my loves! I used to
hang around the airport as Bernie bid on some incredible
jets.
Bernie
owns one of the largest distributors of Budweiser beer.
He has also been recognized as the owner of the best
hydroplane in boat racing history. You won’t find too
many people more motivated than this nearly
eighty-year-old man. That’s right, eighty years old. At
his age, you’d think he’d be the first to leave the
office, but he’s usually the last.
Are you
that motivated about anything? Most people aren’t. Of
what value would it be to you to learn that? It’s
priceless! One of the things that you will take from
this interview is what he does and why he is able to
stay so motivated. Follow his example and you’ll see
more results as well.
Bernie
owns 20 to 30 million dollars in yachts, helicopters and
jets alone. He’ll share his secrets on how he used O.P.M.
(Other People’s Money) to build his businesses. One
thing I appreciate about Bernie through this interview
is his definition of success. You’ll love it too.
One common
theme in the thinking of successful people is their view
on taking risk. With that in mind, see if you’ve ever
had this challenge before. You see some kind of an
opportunity and you know it will take a level of risk.
How do you know if the risk is too much?
What
Bernie does next is share the measuring rod he uses to
determine the level of risk he needs to take. He talks
about his selling skills and how to take care of the
customer. One thing about Bernie that I have learned to
appreciate is that he knows how to think big.
I’m sure
you’ve heard the statement before, “Think big or go
home!” If I didn’t know any better I’d think he was the
one that made this up. He discusses his powerful money
making philosophy! You’ve heard of working smart not
working hard. Wait until you hear his take on how to
make money. It will be an “ah ha” moment for you, I
promise!
CD 10
Recall on the CD after Ron Rice that I told you I would
read between the lines and give you additional insight
on how you can apply the wealth of knowledge that he shared.
This session is going to be no different when it comes to
Bernie Little.
Together
we’ll rip into everything he offers so that you take
away tons of knowledge, skills and ideas that will keep
you on the right track.
CD 11
You will be in for a treat here! I interview Motivational
Speaker Les Brown. Les has been a great friend for
years. What an interview it was! If you’ve ever heard Les
speak, you’ll know he’s not short on words and he made no
exception for this interview. Born a twin in low-income
Liberty City in Miami, Florida, Les and his twin brother,
Wes, were adopted by Mrs. Mamie Brown.
Now get
this! As a child, Les was labeled as retarded and he
failed two grades. Failing once is bad enough, but
twice? I guess you could say that the odds where
definitely against him. He shares the mindset that must
be adopted to make it to the top, and the top is where
he’s at: Les commands over $25,000 for his speaking
engagements and you’ll see why!
Les knows
a thing or two about the hard times and shares his
thoughts on what you can do when things aren’t going
right. He tells us what motivated him to accomplish what
others wouldn’t and how he harnessed that motivation to
make millions and millions of dollars. Les talks about
the number one excuse that people make for not
succeeding. Let’s hope you don’t have that excuse!
Learn why
he feels that the customer is the lifeblood of a
business and after listening to these thoughts it will
change the way you take care of your customers. This
concept has made me millions. Watch what it does for
you!
I think
most people will agree that maintaining a balance
between career and family is not an easy thing. Les’
advice on this is a must to apply in your own life. He
also shares with us his battle and survival from cancer
that has given him a whole new look on life.
As you
listen to this interview you will quickly see why he
truly represents the thoughts that others have rejected.
CD 12
I am
going to do the same thing for you on this CD as we did
for Bernie Little. I’ll read between the lines of
wisdom and advice Les shared and give you additional
insight on how you can apply the wealth of knowledge
that he offered.
CD 13
Manu Mahtani is back again! From all the feedback I get from
the thousands of people who have invested in this program,
they all express the practicality that Manu offers. I am
sure you will agree after listening to our previous
interviews. It only made sense to bring him back to share
more.
We start
off by discussing something very counterintuitive to
being successful. Manu introduces the concept of
lowering your standards and taking some financial losses
in order to make more money in the long run. This is an
awesome concept. In other words, think the opposite of
how most people think and watch your sales grow. I know
what you’re thinking! It doesn’t seem to make sense, but
trust me on this one.
I’ve
observed that many managers and small business owners
subscribe to the mentality that if you want something
done right you have to do it yourself. That’s a recipe
for long-term failure. Manu shares candidly why being a
perfectionist will hurt your business and limit your
financial success.
You’ll
hear strategies on how to turn a small business into a
large business and the difference between working in the
business and working on the business. If you don’t
understand the difference between the two your career or
business will own you instead of you owning it.
The next
segment in this interview is only discussed by Manu and
none of the other millionaires or billionaires in this
series. It’s a concept that is personal but so vital to
the success of your business. After this point you’ll be
able to see if you have a healthy concept of this
successful viewpoint.
Many
people dream about financial freedom so that they can
relax, spend more time with their family and friends and
retire. Maybe you’re one of those people. This interview
will change your thinking and you’ll understand why real
millionaires don’t really retire. It’s another one of
those counterintuitive concepts that makes a lot of
sense once you understand it.
CD 14
No one needs to tell you how challenging it is to be in
sales or to manage a business. But there is hope. Manu
offers many ways to place your operation on autopilot; what
he calls ‘the cloning project’.
Manu’s
developed what he calls his D.A.D’s list. If you want to
take the fuss and frustration out of the day-to-day
grind, make sure you pay special attention to this part.
His D.A.D.’s list will make things more effective and
efficient which trickles down into greater profits.
A business
or a sales person is only as good as its foundation.
Manu shares his secrets for developing a solid
foundation that is both effective and profitable. I have
him share with you five concepts that make this all come
together.
Once
you’ve started to build your business or team it’s now
time to get the best people for the job. Manu tells you
how he does that and why key human resource people are
vital to your success. He’ll share with you one of the
best tips to immediately eliminate tons of frustration
and stress. I personally couldn’t survive with out it!
CD 15
You won’t be able to get enough of this guy! He’s got
more for you especially if you have to manage other people
or teams. If you have employees, you know how challenging it
can be keeping them focused on projects in order to meet
deadlines. Manu will offer some killer tips in this area.
Stress and
success often go hand in hand. Reducing stress is a
smart thing to do in life and in your career. Manu
offers more pertinent advice on relieving some of the
stress associated with success.
So you’ve
spent all this time and energy becoming more successful
financially. As you were on this journey you no doubt
had your own set of problems. Now here is where the
switch of problems takes place.
Now that
you’ve made your millions, you have to protect it. We
call this a positive problem. Manu shares his secret
tips on protecting your assets, creating a will, and
knowing the type of insurance that is best for you and
your family. One wrong move and you could literally lose
everything that you’ve worked for overnight.
He will
also guide you in the kind of education you need to
continue to be successful and how this education
actually saves you money. All entrepreneurs know the
importance of having a good financial team. Manu shares
with you how to create the right team.
Many
people think that credit is a bad word. Not according to
Manu. Understand how to use it wisely! His home is
mortgaged to the hilt when he can afford to pay it off
many times over. He’ll explain! Manu tells us how he
used his fear of poverty to motivate himself to his
level and why setting goals are important to him.
CD 16
Manu’s real financial genius comes out in this session.
He knows how to invest small amounts of money in order to
achieve great dividends. It’s true, I’ve seen his
financials. He discusses why big investments can start with
small steps and why he doesn’t put all his eggs in one
basket. Manu will discuss these small steps in detail.
Many
people are under the myth that making money is hard and
for some people it might be. But for the wealthy, well
they usually believe it’s a lot easier to make it than
to keep it. Manu shares simple ways to hold on to your
money no matter how little or how much of it you have.
He offers simple step-by-step ideas that even a child
can do right now to make their money grow.
I asked
Manu to spend a little time explaining what type of
mutual funds to consider. This mutual fund/IRA stuff can
get confusing. He takes out the confusion and makes
understanding Roth IRAs, dollar cost averaging and REIT
mutual funds easy.
Have you
found your niche? No matter what you offer, what you
sell or what your product or service is you need to find
your niche. This creates a demand. No demand, no growth,
no extra sales, no profitability. If you are a one man
or woman operation and you think you don’t have a niche,
well think again. Manu shows you have to find that
niche. Its right in front of yours eyes and you may not
even know it.
CD 17
Manu keeps on giving more and more of his killer money
making strategies. He explains that there is one major
niche that all people or businesses have but more usually do
not take advantage of. It’s a niche that will make you money
especially when others don’t tap into it.
Manu also
spends some time discussing buying into a franchise or
existing business as opposed to starting your own.
Should you cut your own path or follow someone else’s?
A major
challenge in being successful is reducing overhead. This
is one of Manu’s strengths. He will also give you
pointers on how to keep your team members loyal and earn
their respect. It doesn’t come easy.
Learn
Manu’s secrets in the art of negotiating. This seems to
be a common thread in very successful people and you’ll
hear the master at work. He wraps up this session by
explaining why cash is king and how to use it as a
bargaining tool.
CD 18
This is Manu’s final CD. I can assure you, by now you
will be bouncing of the walls to move forward and get things
going more than you ever have. I get excited just
sharing this stuff with you. Now you know why I can’t sleep
at night!
I am sure
you’ve heard the saying that the rich get richer. Manu
is going to explain the behavior behind this and the one
thing that most rich people do that poor people don’t,
but not by choice. You’ll like this one!
Adopt
Manu’s philosophy and work like a dog but eat like a
King. He will share additional thoughts on choosing the
right people to work with you so that you can focus on
your strengths. You’ll find this segment incredibly
valuable.
Life is
not measured by the number of breaths you take but by
the moments that take your breath away. Manu shares some
of his life philosophies and how to get the most out of
it.
Do you
know what it really means to think outside of the box?
‘It’s where the universe is!’, says Manu! I have to
admit, this man is one of the most creative thinkers I
have ever met. After listening to this part of our
interview, you will have ‘thought’ you knew what it
meant to think out of the box.
His in
depth concept about thinking out of the box will put
more fun into what you are doing while at the same time
attracting more business and wealth. This is one of my
favorite parts in the entire series.
Another
common thread that all successful people have is the
ability to follow through and finish the job. We’ll
share with you how to create an obsession to finishing
unfinished business. Imagine the results!
Manu winds
down by explaining the wisdom of paying people for their
ideas. Manu discusses important concepts that you have
to implement if you are going to be successful at
accomplishing anything.
Finally,
Manu will offer ways to make more money by doing things
differently. One thing that you will come away with from
Manu’s entire interview is the detail in which he
explains or elaborates on his ideas and concepts. This
is what will help you increase your results!
Having
ideas is one thing, but what Manu tells you to do with
them is another. The answer to this is a great secret to
success. Last but not least, we go over specific details
on how to organize your day in order to make it more
productive and profitable.
CD 19
Here is a great opportunity to listen in to an interview
with a Billionaire. He is the wealthiest man in the
Caribbean and the owner and founder of Sandals & Beaches
Resorts and his name is Gordon ‘Butch’ Stewart. His friends
call him Butch.
Though it
may seem nice, I personally have no desire to obtain the
wealth that Butch has. You must always remember this one
thing about life: whatever you want to get out of life,
you must give something up. If you want to lose weight,
you’ve got to give something up. If you want to stay at
the weight you are at, you’ve got to give something up.
If you
want to be rich or poor or anywhere in the middle you
must give something up. Because of my relationship with
Butch, I know what he has had to give up to get what he
has. I personally am not willing to pay that price,
however, I am more than willing to learn how he thinks
so I can apply his knowledge and wisdom to my values and
goals. You will certainly be able to do the same no
matter what your aspirations are!
In this
interview, you will find that Butch is very frank about
the price he has had to pay for his incredible success.
What I
love about this entire program is that you can take away
many results driven ideas. Being in any type of sales or
business can be frustrating and sometimes overwhelming.
Butch shares one simple mindset with you in this
interview that can totally have you rethinking how you
view overwhelming challenges. Every time I start to feel
a bit overwhelmed I think of this one thing and it
changes my perception and attitude instantly. It works
for me and it will work for you!
One key
ingredient successful people have in common is their
ability to lead. As you listen to Butch’s view on
leadership see if you fit in his category as a good
leader. It’s what could prevent you from ultimate
success.
Do you
have a product or service you offer? Then there are two
things Butch talks about that you must know about your
product or service that many people think they know but
really don’t. If this applies to you, your customers
will know it immediately and you will too because you
will have lost the sale.
You’ll
notice that he has one key formula that makes him
successful. As I conducted this interview with Butch I
realized that everyone else I interviewed had that same
formula. Do you?
I asked
Butch a very interesting question and I’ll have to admit
his answer blew me away! I asked him if he had one thing
that he would recommend that you have to do to be more
successful, what would it be? Of all the billionaires
I’ve met, he is the only one with this most wise, yet
unusual answer!
If you are
in any type of sales you have customers. If you have
customers you will have complaints. How should they be
handled? Butch offers a simple two-step formula that
keeps the customers not only happy but also coming back.
This means more sales and profits for you.
If you own
a company or work with a team of people you know that
things don’t always operate smoothly. This causes
frustration, loss of production and hurts everyone’s
bottom line. Butch offers his TSA formula that shows you
how to minimize problems and allows your team to take
accountability for their actions.
CD 20
This is our final CD where I review the entire series.
